I must have been the stupidest & most gullible person in the world. Yesterday, Shanmin, Leon & Ether told me that they each got an SMS from TJC saying that they were accepted into the school by DSA and I was stupid to enough to believe them. There wasn't an SMS from TJC to me so I thought maybe I didn't do well for the interview and didn't make it through. I only found out today that they had all been lying to me when Julian asked me about my DSA. There weren't any SMSes. Some friends they are. Haha. Okay, they did tell me the truth yesterday but I misunderstood it to be something else. Shanmin sent me an SMS during class yesterday after they 'received' their SMSes, saying 'Congratulations! You are accepted for TJC's DSA! You may join your friends Leon, Ether & Shanmin!'. I thought they were trying to console me and then, Shanmin told me that it was all untrue and was Leon's, Ether's & her idea. I thought she was talking about the SMS she sent me, so of course I knew she was trying to console me and I went, 'I know', not knowing that she was actually talking about the whole TJC DSA SMSes thing. Leon heard me talking to Julian about how I am not accepted for TJC because I didn't 'receive' the SMS. Leon was like 'Huh? You mean you didn't know we bluffed you yesterday?' Argh, so malu. Shanmin said I'm slower than others by a day. Hey, do you know I was so sad that I came home yesterday, didn't eat any dinner, and cried in my room the whole night? Didn't you notice my eyes were puffy this morning? HAHA. Just kidding. It's been the second time this month that I've been tricked. The other time was at the team outing at Bugis' Seoul Garden. I was trying to pry open the see-hums but to no avail. So jL told me to throw it hard on my plate and it'll open. I seldom eat see-hums right from the shells so I thought he had more experience in eating see-hums than me and I believed him. The next I know, the girls were laughing at me. Yes, I know, I'm one stupid, slow, gullible tortoise. School today was rather fun & funny. We had photo-taking for the yearbook in the morning. All the 11 of us(table-tennis,basketball girls & 1 netball girl) took the group photo together. We chose a pretty cool spot in the fitness corner which was the drain on the steep slope. There were steps in the drain so, the half of us were at the steps & the other half on the slope. So, we were arranged in a Do-Re-Mi manner. Bet the photo will turn out nice! We had to go to Spring Rhapsody to do this Quality of School Experience Survey. The lady said we may take 45 minutes to complete it. But I finished it in like what, 5 minutes? Everyone soon finished the survey and we were using the internet to view blogs, play games, etc. Grace, Tse See, Zhiying, Andrea, Tracy & I were viewing Celeste Chen's blog and Grace had to stick a piece of paper onto the left side of the computer screen so that we can all read her entries without seeing Celeste Chen's nightmare face. Haha. During the 2nd recess, we headed back to class from the canteen and on the corridor at our block, we saw the new PE teacher, Mr Derrick Ho, with another teacher walking in the direction towards us. The girls (namely Shanmin, Yingiet & Kristy) went crazy and hysterical. They think he's cute. Kristy was telling us to pretend to faint or fall in front of them. Although, she was only joking, she kept showing us the super funny half-fainting-half-falling action, without having any idea that both Mr Ho & the other teacher were nearing us. Omigosh, I think they saw what Kristy was doing, at least I think the other teacher did, but he probably thought that she was either crazy or had legs made of jelly. Embarrassing! Haha. The rest of us girls laughed so hard & loudly that I think all the classes on the same floor must have heard our laughters and thought there were a bunch of asylum escapees on the loose in our school. Mr Ho & the teacher must have thought so too. When we saw Mr Ho drinking at the water cooler, Yingiet immediately said she need to refill her water bottle. Haha. What's even funnier is that throughout the day, the girls kept doing the half-fainting-half-falling action which looked really stupid. Being with the girls is always so fun & hilarious. Really don't know what will become of our friendship after we graduate. There's no such a thing as friends forever. I would rather we remain as friends always. First of all, I'm a Kpop fan, especially of 2PM, MBLAQ, 2NE1 and FT Island. Actually, I like Kpop, Korean entertainment, Korean dramas, Korean language, Korean culture, Korean food, basically anything Korean. So I guess you can call me a fan of Korea.
Second, eating is one of my favourite pastimes. I think my size says it all. =P I'm not picky about food but there's only one thing that I don't like eating, that is, sweet potato.
Third, I love sports. Been playing table tennis for about 6 years now, and floorball, 2 years. But I would have to say that I like floorball more. I don't know, but putting the ball into the goal, making an accurate pass, chasing after the ball, even sweating like a pig, gives me the sense of satisfaction that nothing else can.
Fourth, I can't live without the Internet. You can take away my phone, TV, mp3, bed, but please don't take away my Internet because...I just can't live without the internet.
Lastly, if there's anything I dislike, it would have to be making decisions. Where to go, what to eat, what to do next, which is nicer/better...I just don't like deciding. I always leave it to others because honestly, it doesn't matter where we're going, what we're eating or what we're doing to do. What matters most is the company and whether we're having a great time together.
