Happy Birthday, Mum!
Sunday, August 31, 2008 9:19 AM
Mum's birthday yesterday. Happy Birthday, Mum! Felt quite bad because I didn't get her anything and I was out for like half the day, wasn't even there to accompany her. Had dinner at Grand Plaza Park Hotel's Park Palace. Food was quite good. Actually I wasn't really focusing on the food, I was too busy talking. Lol. Yes, I talk alot. Wanted to get mooncakes from there, but they didn't have the Mixed Ham and Nuts flavour that my parents love. Mum wants to go down to Imperial Treasure at T3's Crowne Plaza tonight to get the Mixed Ham and Nuts. My parents bought a box last week and thought it was good.

After dinner, went to Ngee Ann City to shop alittle before heading home.

P.S. Yesterday was many people's birthdays too! Happy Birthday Candice! Happy Birthday NingNing! ^^

***
Had training yesterday morning. Last training until after promos. Might really be my last training if I don't do well for promos. Argh, don't wanna even wanna think about that.

Anyway, 15 suicides in 3 minutes after training was =X My suicides are CMI. Was the last one to finish, again. =P

After lunch and BBT(Bubble Tea) with the floorball girls, went back to the hall to train alittle more. Was quite glad my back-facing-goal-then-turn-and-shoot shot was getting better, at least better than the disgusting ones I was doing during training! Haha.

Managed to complete 2 summary handouts and a bio tutorial yesterday. Gonna finish up with another one later and continue studying Chem(the progress is pathetically disgustingly slow!) before going to Comex or RSAF Open House, or both. Now you know why my study progress curve is like almost parallel to the x-axis. LOL.

Blog song changed to Hoshimura Mai's Regret. I don't usually listen to J-pop but heard it for the first time during Teachers' Day Concert and love it so much that I asked Jie Qi what song is it. She told me it's Dgrayman's ending theme or something(I'm hopeless at animes, lol). Anyway, the item by Dance Club was awesome! Not being mean or unappreciative, but somehow I had this feeling that the other items(other than that by Dance Club) and the concert was slapped together at the very last minute. Alittle disorganized. Hee. =X

Wonderful day with 4F'07
Saturday, August 30, 2008 10:49 PM
Okay, so I did skip Econs lecture yesterday after all. Cabbed down to AHS with the sportclass people. Just as the cab drove into the school, saw Ah Cat who was laughing at me for going to school only to decide to skip lecture in the end. -.- Met the rest of the sportsclass people there and went to the canteen to slack. Just like good old days. The laughters, the jokes, the people who made my secondary school life the best part of my entire school life to date. Then we headed up to the staff room, making so much noise as we did so. Typical of sportsclass.

Miss Tay. She's the best teacher ever! Plus Mr Chan and Mrs Lee too!

Tracy and me!

Then the class went to Swensens for lunch. Company's still so great and everything. Those guys are still jokers as ever. Miss the class so much. Everyone is always so funny and lessons are always so interesting, unlike my current class where almost everyone is so uptight about their grades that having good results is even a pre-requisite to being friends with some people(this may seem like what the hell, but it's very true). So tired of all these, of people back-stabbing each other due to jealousy of results or insert-whatever-reasons-here, of people being hypocrites, of people silently competing with one another, of people who claims that they don't study but instead lock themselves up in their smelly closets once they reach home to mug. Honestly, I'll give anything to have 4F'07 again as my current class. If only we can turn back time.

Okay, enough about the emo-ing. Anyay, the other table kind of looked like a gambling den or something, they were playing cards while waiting for the food to arrive. After lunch, the guys decided to go somewhere to play ball. Tracy and I made our way to Braddell's Sin Ten to get the table tennis stuffs for her sister. See, what a good sister she is. If only I have a sister who buys me so many sets of jerseys and shorts, and surprises me with them on the day of my training. But apparently, I'm not that blessed. Lol.

After that, we went to Novena Sq. Walked Velocity and the mini Korean Town. Talked about everything under the sun, until I almost ran out of things to talk. Haha. Had so much fun yesterday. I look forward to our next meeting!

Slack day
Thursday, August 28, 2008 10:40 PM
No, I wasn't bedridden after all. Thank goodness.

Table tennis training today was good, just like Tuesday's one. Except my thigh muscles were alittle tight today. Probably due to yesterday's PT. Was quite happy that I'm able to move faster than I was at the beginning of this year. But darn, just as I'm finally getting the hang of it, trainings are stopping to make way for promos. =(

Lessons today were kind of slack. Ended quite early too. Was supposed to finish my Biology tutorial while waiting for training to start at 6pm. I did about 3 pages, then went opposite with Ah Cat to buy ice cream. Then came back to do alittle more. Then went opposite again, this time with Hweeli, to get the cards for the table tennis teacher-in-charges. When I came back again, sat with some of the floorball girls, and we gossiped? =X Haha. Then Leo Club people said that we could have free food from the buffet that was originally for the elderlys, we rushed to get the food. Lol. Bought the cute small lollipop bouquet(and it was so prettily-wrapped!) from Thaddeus and his friend since it was for a good cause. To raise funds for the Cambodia Outreach Programme. But I don't know what to do with the lollipops because right now in my refrigerator, there's more. Haha.

Teachers' Day tomorrow. Happy Teachers' Day to all teachers out there! There's still Econs make-up lecture at 10.30am. =( Sucks to the max but no, I'm not going to skip it. Probably meeting Tracy and Shanmin after everything ends. Yay! Finally, I get to meet them without something popping up at the very last minute. Shit always happens I was so sure I could make it for the meet-ups.

Okay, I need to go complete more of Biology tutorial! Bye!

魔鬼训练
Wednesday, August 27, 2008 11:46 PM
Floorball PT training today was totally MONSTROUS! 魔鬼训练! Coach came and introduced us to the various types of PTs. 2.4km run wasn’t too bad since it was the first PT. But the subsequent PTs, I died like don’t-know-how-many-times. Lol. After the 4-whistles crunches, I felt like I had no mid-body. After the 4-whistles push-ups, I felt like I had no arms. After the relay sprinting, I felt like I lost my toes (because I found it quite difficult to brake in time and my toes will crash against the insides of my shoes). After the second 2.4km, I felt like I had no legs. Technically, I’m left with only the head but I had lost that too while mugging for Chem SPA for the past two days. And yes, you aren’t reading wrongly, we did 2.4km twice. When Coach told us that we are going to do a second 2.4km, my jaws dropped. I was thinking, ‘please, say you’re kidding.’ But yeah, I did survive the second run even though the timing was obviously worse than my first run, 1.12 min slower. There’s no way I can do better than the first run. But the second run was much easier and relaxing than the first, probably because I’m aware that I’m tired from the previous PTs, I couldn’t push myself any further and kind of took it as an evening jog. =X Now I finally had a taste of the guys’ PT. Except I think they have higher expectations to meet. Lol.

Hope the above paragraph don’t sound like I’m complaining about PT because I’m not. Totally understand that speed, stamina and endurance are essential in floorball, and must be complementary to our skills as well. It’s just that I haven’t had such a vigourous training in such a long time, so it’s inevitable that I will feel tired at some point of time.

And, I sweated(yes, sweated like some pig. not perspire) so much that I had no choice but to change into the group PE tee before going home even though I wore it during tennis this morning. I know it’s kind of gross but I don’t really care. I'm always like that. I don't mind wearing a shirt I sweat in before, as long as it has dried. Afterall, which is more gross? Going home in my all-drenched in smelly sweat shirt or going home in a sleeveless PE tee with only a little sweat on it? Seriously, if I have to go home in my shirt full of sweat, I doubt I'll even dare board the bus, not to mention sit beside some stranger.

Oh, before our 魔鬼训练, we celebrated the August babies' birthdays with a chocolate truffle cake. Okay, it tasted like truffle cake, not very sure whether it really is, but the cake is damn nice! Yummy!

Chem SPA, feel like banging my head against the wall. Studied for it for two straight days. Jimmy’s worse, he re-did the experiment 10 times since last night?!?! How can anyone do that? I memorized the whole experiment and regurgitated it for 5 times, and I thought if I saw the word ‘gas’ for another time, I would go crazy. Anyway, despite for studying for 2 days and spotting the correct question, I made errors in my calculations part. I said to use 1.5g of sample instead of finding the mass myself. Actually I did find the mass myself, but after seeing the 1.5g on the question paper, I thought there was no need to find, so I cancelled it. -.- I think my errors are damn serious. Never mind, shall wait until Mr Foo comes back from his re-service to ask him about the extent of my damages.

My sister showed me her prelim Biology paper 2, she got 79 and a half out of 80. Just 1/2 mark short of the full marks. Smart ass. Don't know how the hell she does it. But the mistake that cost her the 1/2 mark was damn stupid. She labelled dendrite as dendron. -.- Hope she does well for her prelims which I think she already had, judging from the papers that she has brought home. Continue to do your best for the final lap!

Alright, Connie is sleepy and hopes that she doesn’t wake up tomorrow morning to find herself bedridden. Goodnight, people!

Fear
Sunday, August 24, 2008 10:39 PM
I HATE MATHS I HATE MATHS I HATE MATHS I HATE MATHS I HATE MATHS!!! Been doing Differential Equations tutorial since 2 this afternoon, and I'm not even half done with it(okay, I did take some breaks, but still...) To make things worse, the questions in other half of the tutorial I did, most of them didn't have completed answers because I didn't know how to do! Argh, why didn't Qin Shihuang burnt maths too when he burnt books?

Honestly, I'm so afraid of promos. I'm afraid of failing, I'm afraid of not being able to remain as 4 H2s, I'm afraid of not being able to stay in floorball. The last one scares me the most, so much that I feel like crying even thinking about it. I don't know what I would do if that day ever comes. It's the first time I ever wanted something so badly. It's the first time I was so happy doing something I like that I went against my mum's objections of me being so involved in PDPs. It's the first time I'm so afraid of something being taken away from me...

I secretly wish that it's stress, instead of fear, that is getting the better of me. =(

6 hours of floorball
Saturday, August 23, 2008 10:49 PM
Played floorball for a record of 6 hours today!!! I can feel my wrists dying already and my legs are covered with bruises and cuts. I don't know where the cuts came from but I found them on my legs while showering. =(

Training in the morning. Damn disappointed with my performance. Couldn't even do a silent wrist shot which was supposedly the only shot I thought I could do. Apparently not. Don't know what the hell I was doing la! So kinda smoked my way through training. Training ended and then went up the stage with Teresa and Pinn Xian to train more using the small goalposts. Thank goodness my shots did began to look something like shots. Coach later came up the stage too and suggested that we play 2-on-2. Naomi and I. Teresa and Cheng Nee. Coach and Luowei. Each goal conceded warrants 5 push-ups. Although most of the time it was Teresa, Cheng Nee, Naomi and I doing the push-ups, it felt great looking on as Coach and Luowei did push-ups for that 1 or 2 times. Sadistic. LOL. Then we went on to playing 4-on-2(four of us against Coach and Luowei), with bubble tea treat for the team to hit 5 goals first. We kept shouting 'bubble tea on the line!' Haha. We are so motivated by bubble teas. It was damn fun although we slashed like hell. But what to do? The other team so imba, if don't slash, no chance of getting possession of the ball at all. Lol. Then the score came to 4-4, *gasp*. And us, being so motivated by the bubble teas, scored the 5th goal!!! Couldn't believe it la! We were so damn happy, partly because we didn't think we could win the imba team and also because we would have our bubble teas! But then again, we're the Fantastic Four, nothing is impossible for us! Haha. Nah, it was because they were outnumbered.

Then we went opposite school, Coach treated us to bubble teas. Didn't have lunch because of the testimonial match after that. The match was quite fun, with teams being mixed. But I've to admit that it was very difficult to keep up with the guys because they were very fast. The seniors won in the end even though they had only enough to form 2 lines while the juniors had 4. Coach and Mr Tan was on the seniors team too. Lol. The seniors are already so pro, add Coach and Mr Tan in, imagine how good their team were.

After the match ended, went opposite market with some of the girls, seniors and Coach for lunch, no, it should be lunch-dinner since it was already 3 plus. Darn, I'm getting fat because I always find myself binging on food after trainings.

Came home. Studied alittle of Chem. Then headed out again to Vivo City. Dinner at Fig & Olive, food was quite good, but I was too tired to do anything else besides eating. Can you believe it? I slept in the car on my way there and back. What a pig. Probably due to the half-a-day of floorball. And I saw fireworks!!! So beautiful! Haha, was so excited.

That's basically how my day went. It's almost the end of the day and tomorrow will be a new one again. Which means that promos is drawing nearer. I need to focus and mug mug mug. Plan to finish studying Chem by this Wednesday. Ambitious? I hope not.

Goodnight!

Schoolweek in review
Thursday, August 21, 2008 9:51 PM
Be Yourself Day was argh. I don't see the purpose of wearing black as a class. A colour isn't a theme. It's like we're wearing something common for the sake of looking united when sadly, we're not. (sorry, I'm not trying to wash dirty linen in public, but anyone can easily see at one glance that we're not close as a class) If you wanted to look bonded as class, I think even school uniforms would do a better job. Kinda envied other classes who were wearing pyjamas, business suits, suspenders, etc. Plus, you must know that wearing jeans and black tops on the week's second longest day isn't comfortable at all. And we pay 20 bucks for wearing black? Ah, whatever floats the class' boat. But I swear if there's such events again and I'm definitely not going to go along with the idea of wearing same colour clothes.

Tennis during PE elective yesterday was great. Learnt some of the basics and Mrs Goh had got to be the best PE teacher around. Looking forward to the next PE elective. I swear I'm going to learnt the basics well and play a reasonably long game with Kristy! Floorball training in the afternoon. Physical training, to be exact. But it wasn't as bad as the previous one because it only lasted 45 minutes. I can't say the same for the guys though. At 6 plus, when the girls were playing at the D-area, they were still running round the track. Lol.

Oh, and I bought a cute Mickey Mouse metal pencil case yesterday! Thanks Weiling for telling me where to get it.

School ended at 12.30pm today. Went with Ah Cat and Pris to Bedok's Pizza Hut for lunch. The company was superb. Talked about damn lot of stuffs, including some really 禁爆 ones. Things that you would never imagine talking about over lunch. HAHA. After eating, Ah Cat suggested going to NTUC. So Pris and I waited for her to get up the travellator, then we ran out of NTUC. Lol. Then we went on to hide-and-seek in a supermarket. Cheap thrills. Started raining just as we were about to leave. Ah Cat was giving Pris(who's so directionless) the wrong directions to the way home. Was trying my best not to laugh when she did that.

Took Bus 38 back to school and headed for the library to 'study' Chem. As you can guess, I decided to sleep first. Lol. Then I think I keep burping in my sleep. It always happen to me when I'm sleeping with my head on the table. Then I can feel air bubbling up my throat from the stomach. Is it just me, or it's happens to everyone too? When I woke up, I realised Lester and his girlfriend were studying at the table behind. Sorry if anyone of you or anyone nearby suddenly heard a *burp* and then smelled a wisp creamofmushroom-beefbolognaise-pepsi. LOL. Okay, I know I'm gross.

After I woke up, wanted to continue studying Chem but felt like vomitting. Then joined Hweeli and her friends. Failed attempt at trying to study. Went opposite with Hweeli to get her Olympic mascot toy and then to table tennis room for training.

Trained for a while. Then played match with Coach, Mr Tan and this AHS senior whom I've never seen before(think he's from Isaac's batch). The Girls (Hweeli, Yichen and I) against the Men. Got trashed like shit. Each person plays 3 matches. For me, it was 3-0, 3-0, 3-0. Their services were already enough to kill me. Played so badly. Not saying that if I played better, would be able to win them. But at least I might be able to win at least 1 set?

Derrick Ho's new album is very nice! Might put it up on my radioblog if I have the time. But not now, because it's time for me to zzZZ... Haha.

A medal for Singapore!
Sunday, August 17, 2008 9:35 PM
This may be alittle late, but THE SINGAPORE TABLE TENNIS WOMEN TEAM IS IN THE FINALS!!! Definitely something worth celebrating because afterall, they secured Singapore's first Olympic medal in 48 years. Who had expected an underated sports in Singapore to bring home the medal? Yeah, I think table tennis is underated in Singapore even though I myself play it. I mean, I find that most schools tend to make having previous playing experience as a pre-requisite for joining the school team. I think that's partly the reason why it's so underated here. It's like people are denied of playing competitively unless they are able to improve that much within that short period between the time they joined and the competition. Never mind, I like underated sports. The most underated it is, the more I love it. By that, I mean floorball too. Last Saturday, I was on the bus on the way to training at school. Was watching men hockey match on TVMobile. This guy came to sit beside me and asked if the floorball stick I was holding was a hockey stick. I was like 'no, it's a floorball stick.' Told him it's kinda similar to hockey. Then he was like 'so the girls plays floorball and guys play hockey?'. I was so horrified, and quickly corrected him that there are guys playing floorball too. Lol.

Okay, I'm like shuttling between my room and the living room to watch the table tennis finals while typing this. So pardon me if I'm not making any sense in my typing. Do you know Feng Tian Wei has the initial of FTW? Quoted from Elmo. Haha. Anyway, Feng Tian Wei is my new idol! She's damn good.

So let me review my week. There had been a few tests this week which I half-heartedly studied for. The night before Econs test, was webcam-ing away with Tracy. My first time using a webcam. Lol. Haven't met her in a long time. So it was good 'meeting' her, albeit virtually. So 2 webcam idiots infront of their laptops were doing crazy stuff. Had to stifle my laughters in case my Dad thinks her daughter's gone crazy, laughing away infront of the computer. Refused to do the stupid stuffs like the M1 advertisement she asked me to do too because my Dad was just outside at the dining room.

Webcam-ed with her again yesterday night, this time with microphones turned on. My mum came into my room to put my clothes, then she said she wanted to say hi to my mum. So I told my mum to come to the laptop. Her mum came into her room to put her clothes too, her mum couldn't recognise me because of my specs. Lol. Everyone says that I look different with specs.

And oh, this week, I cut my own fringe for the first time. Not that there was much difference in the length since I only snipped off alittle. Haha.

Mass PE on Friday was spent playing table tennis with Hweeli and Mr Tan. Played King. I was the only one who brought my bat, Hweeli forgot hers and Mr Tan obviously didn't bring his too since he wasn't counting on table tennis training on a Friday. So we made do with two lousy bats from the equipment cupboard. Lol. It was fun and thanks Mr Tan for helping us get the key because the other teacher refused to lend it to us no matter what we said. She was like, 'No, you need to play as a class'. And obviously, not everyone will want to play table tennis.

Failed Maths test with 12/25. Such a pity, 1 more mark, but I'm contented enough because I didn't study for it. Won't make a difference if I studied anyway. Haven't got back Chem but I better pass it since I sacrificed Maths for Chem.

Training yesterday seemed to pass so fast. It was very fun. We started off with a warm-up which was something like dodgeball. Had loads of fun hitting balls at those inside the circle. I thought my aiming was damn off, but the girls claimed that I was scary. So when it was my turn to stand inside the circle, all the girls took revenge on me. T.T I got hit like 10 times and each time warrants 5 push-ups, so I had to do 50 in the end. When everyone finished their push-ups, I was still doing mine. Lol.

We went on to train more of shootings and passings. Yay, my silent wrist shot is getting better, but I still tend to swing alittle too much at times. But my loud wrist shot is still CMI. It's like totally silent, no sound. My hands and legs can't coordinate. I always stop before I shoot and then go back to my original position because I realised my right feet is always stepping over the ball. I must have been a funny sight. Coach's advice was 'You think too much'. LOL. Was so pressured when it came to doing the loud wrist passes because none of them were correct. There was either silence or the ball wasn't even lifted a single inch off the ground. Coach took the whole bag of balls and gave it to me to practise. He said he was going to make it his agenda to make sure I learn to do the loud wrist shot before he leaves after training. Felt like telling him that he might want to take back his words because from what I looked like, he was never going to achieve it. Lol. Told ya he's one patient coach. Whatever it is, our Coach pwns yours!

Stayed back after training for about one and a half hours with Pinn Xian to train on the stage, practising shooting with the small goalpost until the boys came and replaced it with a bigger one.

Went to do some grocery shopping instead and bought loads of stuffs, including junk foods. =P Then headed to Parkway to shop alittle. Mum went into GNC and blasted 900 bucks on our daily vitamins and supplements, her beauty tablets(not that it's working at all, lol) and powerful anti-oxidants(so says the box of tablets). As long as I get to have my daily dose of salmon oil capsules to down with my glass of milk every morning and my multi-vitamin tablets to swallow, I won't feel weird the whole day. Haha. Had dinner at Ajisen.

Unihoc has released the catalog for it's 08/09 products! Okay, maybe I'm alittle slow in realising that, but for a person who hasn't have the chance to use the computer for leisure purposes, that's considered quite fast. Haha. Anyway, they've got new series of sticks. Badge and Volcano:

Man, they're so nice! I want one of those. That, I'll ask after promos. But I swear Mum's going to give me a dressing-down for asking for another stick. Haha. And whether I can still remain in floorball, that still remains to be seen from my promos results.

I want the stick bag and water bottle too! Especially the stick bag, the design is damn nice! Probably will be able to get them without external financial aid from parents. But why do I need a stick bag for when I only have one stick which looks like it just came out from the garage sale? Lol. Okay, after promos, after my Mum agrees to a new stick. If she doesn't, no point in having a stick bag. =(

Almost done with WR Draft 2. I'm so relieved. Been chionging the whole of today to slap together the bibliography and the word-cutted version. Now waiting for Pris to send me the FINALEST(there had been too many files named 'final WR') version, then I'll print it out, and then we're done!!! Cheers! The next time we're touching WR again will be after promos! ^^

Alright, I have rambled enough, time to go practise some piano. Bye! =P

I love training (and bubble tea)!
Monday, August 11, 2008 3:50 PM
Just returned back from training! Training was damn good although it may be a tad tiring. My knees are bruised from all the push-ups. Anyway, learnt alot of things I never knew. Do you know that every stick has a line below which you can't hold or it'll be a foul? I always thought it was just a line for indicating the flex of the stick. Lol. Never knew that the line would be useful in a face-off too. We did less of shootings today but more of defending. Coach Kenneth demo-ed a tackling situation and then he shot. Omg, totally stunned because it was so beautiful. The whole movement looked, I don't know, fluid? Seriously, Coach made it look so easy. But once you try it, you realise it isn't. Haha. I was behind Sheng Xian, couldn't even see the ball for like half the time. Blindly slashed like hell. LOL.

Okay, if I'm going to return from every training and blog about how good Coach is, my blog's going to have nothing but full of praises for him. So, for the last time I shall say, Coach Kenneth is seriously AMAZING!!! I swear my eyes are getting bigger and bigger from widening everytime he demos something.

After training, went for lunch and bubble tea at the opposite with the floorball girls! We love bubble tea! Never mind it was just after training. Haha.

I'm feeling sleepy now. There's tutorials to do later too. =( Alright, shall go take a nap first.

08.08.08
Friday, August 08, 2008 9:28 PM
Heh, just felt like having an entry on this super nice date. Lol.

The past week had been a killer. 3 tests and a mock SPA to mug for. Nearly died on Wednesday because at 9pm, I started studying for Chemistry and Maths the next day. In the end I decided not to study Maths, and surprisingly, I could still do some of the questions which I think it would still be the same few questions if I did study. I'm hopeless at Maths. Lol.

National Day celebration, other than Bryan's rendition of I'm Yours by Jason Mraz, was so-so. For the rest of the concert, I was entertaining myself with the tabloid articles in the i-weekly. Haha. Sports Appreciation Ceremony was alright. Econs make-up lecture was such a dampener on one's N Day mood. But was glad that the lecturer did finish on time though.

Floorball training was great. We have a new coach, Coach Kenneth. Yes, I've to agree with Candice and Michelle that he's damn good. He demostrated some shootings and passings. Goodness, it's just jaw-dropping. Never knew that the floorball could travel that fast. I thought the ball could split into halves with that amount of force he used. But that's not the reason why I like him. I like how he always have a rationale behind whatever he tells us to do and what not to do. It makes everything clearer and when you're trying out what he had taught, you know the rationale behind the correct techniques and you kind of avoid committing the same mistake as you did initially because now you realise it doesn't quite fit the rationale.

Did a good deal of wrist shots. I didn't know there were 2 kinds of wrist shots, the silent and the loud one, until today. Had always thought wrist shots = only wrist shots. It was kind of difficult to get it right. I could feel myself in a very weird and awkward position when I'm shooting. I'm focusing too much on the swing than the flex and I end up turning my blade up. Argh.

But Coach was very patient, kept telling us that it's okay because it takes months to perfect. Okay, the part about months did scare me alittle, but other than that, I would say he's very nice. Perhaps I shouldn't be saying this too soon since it was only the first training. Might just be for formalities' sake only. LOL. Scully he turns into a monster coach at the next training. Haha. I hope not. Whatever is it, I'm still looking forward to Monday's training.

***
PW at T2 today(Saturday). Everyone, except for Xiang Yi, was late. 8am is just not realistic. Haha. Met Grace and Julian there, and Ah Cat's group. Must Ah Cat stalked us la. Lol. Did some cleaning up of the WR today. And it shall continue tomorrow for the whole day. Aahhh!

Think I'm gonna watch the Olympic Opening Ceremony on Youtube later. Missed it yesterday night and everyone's says that it's good. I think the only matches I'm going to watch this Olympics will be table tennis. Shall go check out the time slots of the matches later too.

Alright, shall go play piano first before clicking on Youtube.

Floorball girls' steamboat
Sunday, August 03, 2008 12:00 PM
Floorball girls' steamboat at Vivien's house was the best steamboat I ever had!!! Even steamboat with my family never tasted so great before.

Ended school at 3.50pm on Friday, then met the floorball girls under LT1 before setting off to Bedok Inter to buy the foodstuffs. Sheng Siong first, then NTUC. But I didn't go with them into NTUC because I was busy pigging on waffles. After buying everything, we headed for Vivien's house.

Vivien's Ah Ma cooked 2 big pots of porridge. Super delicious. Best porridge I've eaten. This rice bucket here don't mind giving up rice and living on this kind of porridge for the rest of her life. Vivien, can I have the recipe? =P Haha. Michelle and I ate 4 bowls of porridge, others ate at least 2 bowls. Ate Farah's chicken wings too, super nice! Yes, all that even before the steamboat started. Were waiting for Coach and Mr Tan.

Steamboat started, I pigged out even more. Michelle, Weiling and I never left the dining table ever since it started. 2 hours later, we were still sitting there. LOL. The food was splendid, the soup was so sweet with all the egg, tofu, fishball essences that I drank 6 bowls of it. And it was so fun barbeque-ing on the aluminium foil thing.

Left Vivien's house at around 10 plus, Cheng Nee's parents gave us a lift to Bedok Inter. Thanks! Went home, bathed, hit the sack and slept like a pig till the next morning.

Woke up feeling a little feverish. Dragged myself to Pris' house at 10.30am for PW. Didn't have much to say because my head was hurting.

PW finally ended at around 4pm+. Then my parents came to fetch me, went to Bugis Junc. because my Dad was getting my bro a W980. Then had dinner at some hongkong cafe.

That pretty much sums up the past 2 days for me. Gotta go chiong my long overdued Maths tutorials. Bye~
