2.4km run at ECP today was hell. I didn't pace myself and soon got very tired after running less than 400m. I tried Yingiet's advice and mentally sang 西界. But I didn't even got past one line of it. 因为我活在西界...argh, forget it. I was so tired that I couldn't even remember what's the next line. Somehow, I managed to reach the finish line and got a position of 119. Thanks to those who cheered me on. Especially the juniors at the stations. I heard them. I heard Junrong's voice too. That's about all I had heard. Maybe there were more but I was simply about to die from the run. After the run, went with the girls to Macs for breakfast. Then we went to play table-soccer just outside Macs. Our(Grace, Jollene & I) team won the other team(Steph, Tracy & Shanmin) twice. Haha. Super funny to see ongoals because I think the ground was tilting to one side, which unfortunately was the other team's goal post. Haha. Then we headed home soon after. While I was on Bus 196, there was this man whom I think most probably is mentally ill. He kept hitting his head hard into the metal pole. He was speaking quite loudly to no one in particular. I heard him say "I'm dying" or something despite mine having music blasting in my ears. I'm not trying to be mean or gloat over someone's misfortune but the ride was really a scary one. I spent the afternoon doing Chemistry & Social Studies. Social Studies was so difficult. I spent such a long time on it. Went to Compass Point in Sengkang in the evening. Wanted to have dinner at Pizza Hut to have pluck-out-the-cheese-pizza at first but the queue there was as long as a snake. Then my parents suggested to go somewhere else for dinner. And we ended up at Goodwood Park Hotel again because my mom wanted to eat Thai Village and buy the durian desserts(which she didn't got to buy yesterday) from the cake and dessert shop. However, upon reaching there, despite booking in advanced, Thai Village told us that they didn't have a table for us because they had a full-house again. My parents were quite unhappy about the poor quality of service because the person over the phone actually told us that we could get a table for 5 at 8.15pm. So why tell us that there's a table for us when there isn't one in the first place and make us go all the way down to town, only to tell us there's no table? If they had told us that they would have a full-house tonight, we could have easily gone to other Thai Village outlets instead. Thai Village, Goodwood Park Hotel, Scotts Rd, blacklisted. In the end, we had dinner at the hotel's coffee lounge. The food was great. Service was even better. And yes, the durian puffs & durian crumbles(made from solid durian, with the seeds) from the cake and dessert shop was heavenly. Alright, I'm sleepy right now. I'll go sleep soon. Goodnight. I've a feeling I'll be aching all over tomorrow. I already am, but it'll be worse tomorrow. Haha. Labels: 2.4km run

First of all, I'm a Kpop fan, especially of 2PM, MBLAQ, 2NE1 and FT Island. Actually, I like Kpop, Korean entertainment, Korean dramas, Korean language, Korean culture, Korean food, basically anything Korean. So I guess you can call me a fan of Korea.
Second, eating is one of my favourite pastimes. I think my size says it all. =P I'm not picky about food but there's only one thing that I don't like eating, that is, sweet potato.
Third, I love sports. Been playing table tennis for about 6 years now, and floorball, 2 years. But I would have to say that I like floorball more. I don't know, but putting the ball into the goal, making an accurate pass, chasing after the ball, even sweating like a pig, gives me the sense of satisfaction that nothing else can.
Fourth, I can't live without the Internet. You can take away my phone, TV, mp3, bed, but please don't take away my Internet because...I just can't live without the internet.
Lastly, if there's anything I dislike, it would have to be making decisions. Where to go, what to eat, what to do next, which is nicer/better...I just don't like deciding. I always leave it to others because honestly, it doesn't matter where we're going, what we're eating or what we're doing to do. What matters most is the company and whether we're having a great time together.
