We lost NYJC 3-2 the other day, so we're 4th. I'm contented. Getting into Top 4 was something I didn't dare and never dreamt about. Now that we've gotten it, it's a wonderful closure to all the pleasant memories I have of playing table tennis. I don't think I'll be playing competitively anymore, but it has been wonderful 6 years of playing for me.
Anyway, thank you supporters again! The number of supporters were huge and it was pretty overwhelming at first. I sincerely thank the supporters who were all screaming their lungs sore and clapping their hands red for us. Thank you.
*** Today's the Floorball Day Camp. Woke up at 6.30am(actually I set the alarm for 6am, but I turned it off and went back to sleep, lol) for the floorball friendly match against IJC. Took an 1-hour MRT ride all the way to Woodlands?!?! I love the breathtaking scenery of the reservoir before the MRT approaches Khatib station, simply beautiful!
Anyway, played the friendly against IJ and won 6-0. Then we bathed, and cabbed down to Coach's Fatpipe warehouse. Coach treated us to Sarpino's pizza(thanks Coach!) and we hung out at the warehouse. Some of us slept, some of us mugged while other were watching floorball videos while waiting for the pizzas to arrive. Then we played with the speed radar, and Coach suggested that we have a competition to see how fast our shots can go and he would give a prize to the person with the fastest shot. Pinn Xian won the shooting category with 78km/h and Farah won the goal-keep throwing category with 65km/h! It was really fun!
Then we headed to Junction8 for some food, desserts, etc, and pigged out. Hahaha. After that, we headed to TJ for training from 6-8pm. Training was fun too. We did some drills initially and then we split into 2 groups and played match with random lines for the next 1 and a half hours. I think our group scored more than Coach's group. And penalty for each goal conceded is 5 push-ups. Haha, we enjoyed seeing Coach and his group doing push-ups, just motivates us to score even more. Sadists. LOL.
Photos: Mel, what are you doing? We took ages to take this photo for Coach to put it up on the wall! Anyway, the purple floorball is a super big one, the biggest floorball I've ever seen. TJC Floorball Girls
Really enjoyed today with the floorball girls, thank you girls! And HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY, SHENGXIAN!!! ^^

First of all, I'm a Kpop fan, especially of 2PM, MBLAQ, 2NE1 and FT Island. Actually, I like Kpop, Korean entertainment, Korean dramas, Korean language, Korean culture, Korean food, basically anything Korean. So I guess you can call me a fan of Korea.
Second, eating is one of my favourite pastimes. I think my size says it all. =P I'm not picky about food but there's only one thing that I don't like eating, that is, sweet potato.
Third, I love sports. Been playing table tennis for about 6 years now, and floorball, 2 years. But I would have to say that I like floorball more. I don't know, but putting the ball into the goal, making an accurate pass, chasing after the ball, even sweating like a pig, gives me the sense of satisfaction that nothing else can.
Fourth, I can't live without the Internet. You can take away my phone, TV, mp3, bed, but please don't take away my Internet because...I just can't live without the internet.
Lastly, if there's anything I dislike, it would have to be making decisions. Where to go, what to eat, what to do next, which is nicer/better...I just don't like deciding. I always leave it to others because honestly, it doesn't matter where we're going, what we're eating or what we're doing to do. What matters most is the company and whether we're having a great time together.
