So yesterday for lunch, we went to Owen Road for traditional Bah Kut Teh. I guess it's traditional because they gave us a small chinese clay teapot and and cute little china cups to drink tea from? I don't know, I haven't eaten alot of Bah Kut Teh throughout my life. Yesterday was my second. Not sure if it's true, but from what I see, I think the Bah Kut Teh are usually sold without the tea? Anyway, the Bah Kut Teh at Owen Road is really nice, but it's pretty unhealthy to eat it frequently due to its high level of cholesterol.
After lunch, we went ION Orchard. Did some more shopping for the trip. And bought a Korean phrase book from Prologue. I definitely can't survive in Korea with my miserable broken Korean. Hahaha. Was feeling alittle hungry, bought wasabi popcorns from Cornery. Yeah, my shop. Lol.
Went to quite a number of places yesterday. After ION, it was Funan IT Mall, Chinatown, then Citysquare. Enjoyed myself alot, but I was super tired by the end of the day.
***** I don't understand how people can play a tune 'by ear' on the piano. I was trying to search for piano sheet for Without Saying from the You're Beautiful OST, and there were some people who uploaded videos of them playing the song onto Youtube. There was this girl who played the whole song perfectly by ear, meaning, there wasn't any music sheet for her to refer to in the first place, she just came up with the notes and all just by listening to the song. And the thing is, she started playing piano for only a year?!?! I played for 12 years and I can't even differentiate one note from the other just by listening(yes I know I'm a failure), let alone, play a song by ear! I don't know but is this a gift thing? Either you have the gift for it or you don't? Then I guess I don't have it.
Fortunately, I managed to find the music sheet for the song. No need to rely on playing it by ear. And yay, I can practise for all I want, till my fingers drop off. Okay, that's gruesome. Maybe I'll record and let you guys hear the song if I perfect playing it. IF. Hahaha, that day will never come.

First of all, I'm a Kpop fan, especially of 2PM, MBLAQ, 2NE1 and FT Island. Actually, I like Kpop, Korean entertainment, Korean dramas, Korean language, Korean culture, Korean food, basically anything Korean. So I guess you can call me a fan of Korea.
Second, eating is one of my favourite pastimes. I think my size says it all. =P I'm not picky about food but there's only one thing that I don't like eating, that is, sweet potato.
Third, I love sports. Been playing table tennis for about 6 years now, and floorball, 2 years. But I would have to say that I like floorball more. I don't know, but putting the ball into the goal, making an accurate pass, chasing after the ball, even sweating like a pig, gives me the sense of satisfaction that nothing else can.
Fourth, I can't live without the Internet. You can take away my phone, TV, mp3, bed, but please don't take away my Internet because...I just can't live without the internet.
Lastly, if there's anything I dislike, it would have to be making decisions. Where to go, what to eat, what to do next, which is nicer/better...I just don't like deciding. I always leave it to others because honestly, it doesn't matter where we're going, what we're eating or what we're doing to do. What matters most is the company and whether we're having a great time together.
