Right after CIP, the 12 of us girls(table-tennis,basketball & netball) headed to Pizza Hut at Tampines Mall to celebrate Shanmin's birthday. I supposed the big group of us walking together did invite some stares. Hahaha. Lunch was great. After which, we went to take some neoprints. It wasn't easy with the 11 of us (Steph went off first) trying to squeeze ourselves into one machine & getting ourselves captured in the pictures. But I've to admit it, the fun is greater than that of 2 girls taking neoprints. The endless laughters, how we tried to change positions as fast as possible before the camera went '3,2,1,flash' and how Zhiying & Kristy 'decorated' the neoprints by doing 'cosmetic surgery' on almost everyone of us.

On Tuesday, after school, Andrea,Tracy & Zhiying came over to my house for pool. Another session of laughters. Zhiying's white ball can always jump up and then roll into the pocket. Hahaha. After pool, we watched Doll Master which was a horror movie but didn't seem too much of a horror. Haha.

On Wednesday, Tracy & Zhiying came over to my house for pool.

School these few days had been really boring. The post-exam activities are nothing of our interests. We had this Career Fair today and we were made to cram in the tower hall together with the Sec 3s for nearly 3 hours to listen to people of different professions talk about their professions. It was so uncomfortable having to be confined to such a small space that you can't even stretch your legs out when your legs hurts from being folded up for so long. Beside my butt & legs hurting, my bladder felt like bursting. I regretted drinking so much water in the morning. When the whole programme finally ended, I felt like I no longer had a bladder. But I must say that Mr Benjamin Tan's & Mr Yow's skit was hilarious.
After school, went with the girls to Simpang Bedok for the famous Jalan Tua Kong Kway Teow Mee for lunch before heading home.

Okay, I heard this on radio 100.3 last night and it cracked me up. This listener, a man(most probably english-educated), called in.
DJ: 喂。你好? (Hello. How are you?)
Listener: 我好。 (I'm fine.)
Read the words in brackets to get the idea of why it's funny. He translated from English to Chinese directly.
It shows how important bilingualism is. Without it, we'll generally be making fools out of ourselves.
