Well yesterday night,I just realised that I'm running way behind schedule. Oh yes,I'm awakened now by the fact that I've only touched on Geography & Biology. And Mid-Yrs will commence this Friday!!! I thought I could finish 13 chapters of Chemistry today but I only manage to finish 5 chapters. I should be able to finish all 13 chapters by early afternoon tomorrow if I go non-stop. The next few days will really be sheer studying. I estimated it to be at least 'Non-Stop12h' each day if I want to finish studying before the exams. Wow,that's so possible, huh. 24h - 12h(study) - 8h(school) = 4h(for breakfast, lunch, dinner, shower, toilet business & sleep?!?!) Do I look like I've 48 hours in a day? ******************** I fell down in the rain last Friday on the way home. I was reading Memoirs of A Geisha while holding an umbrella on my right hand. Yeah,it's a really stupid when it's still drizzling with the ground wet & slippery from the heavy downpour earlier. It's embarrassing enough to have this motorcyclist staring down at me with an expression that says something like,"Wow,how in the world did you fall down?" & somebody's maid screaming when I fell. And,it's bad enough that my butt hurt for the whole of Saturday and I had to grab the coffee table to get myself up from the sofa. Now the girls are laughing over it. Actually,I do think that it's funny. But it just didn't seem as funny at the point when I fell. Labels: Non-Stop12h

I was in my Dad's car at 6.30am on my way to school when I realised that today's Thursday & school starts only at 8.50am. So after sending my brother & sister to school, I asked my Dad to send me home. I just didn't want to go to school that early & wait for school to start in what looks like a ghost school. I went early to school on one Thursday once, the sky was still pitch dark & it was really eerie waiting in the classroom alone. Even then, with music blasting from the earphones & a test to study for,I was still feeling really uncomfortable. I felt that I was being watched & kept looking over my shoulders. Call me crazy but I couldn't help feeling this way. Then at around 7am or so, I felt that someone had just came in but I wasn't sure because I was having my earphones on(I couldn't hear footsteps or whatsoever),remember? I did turn around but I was half-hoping that my instinct was wrong and so,I was expecting that there'll be no one. Well,it was Zhi Hong, walking from the back door. I was scared out of my wits because I was still in the state of being spooked & didn't expect my instinct to be correct or that there was really someone who just entered the classroom. I think I did jump quite abit but quickly regained my composure. Oh sorry,I digressed. Okay, back to what I was saying. I went home & popped in the first disc of the Taiwanese serial,Magic Ring(with 郑元畅 in it!), into the VCD player. I was taking advantage of the one hour in which I can allow myself to relax. Hahaha. All I can say is that, unfortunately, the first episode was such a huge disappointment. It's such a typical story plot with the numerous coincidences in it. The progression of the story in the next 14 episodes is so predictable. After watching,I left for school. We got back our Elect. E.Lit test paper & I got only 68%. Oh well,I only gave superficial points & wasn't insightful enough in my analysis of the character. We got back Higher Chinese too & only a 70% for me. I was careless & left out the blessings in the letter-writing. That, cost me 2 marks. Another lesson on carelessness. After school, I went to Changi Airport's Macs with the girls (Tracy,Tse See,Yingiet & Zhiying) for studying there. It was also a mini gossiping sessions with continuous laughters but I managed to complete 2 chapters of tomorrow's Biology test in 2 hours. I reckon that's quite productive. This morning,I was still fretting over the Biology Test because I forgot to bring my Biology notes home yesterday to study & the chapters tested are Chapter 6,7,8,9. Most of which have contents filled right up to the brim. But whether I can remember the facts during tomorrow's test, that's another thing! Hahaha. Alright, time for me to sleep. Goodnight! Today is the last day on which I can afford to slack. Tomorrow onwards, I will have to start mugging for Mids. There are so much contents(both from Sec 3 & 4) going to be tested for Mids! I better start going through my work soon. Even if I start studying from tomorrow,I doubt I'll be able to finish in time before exams start. ******************* Today's Chemistry test was a killer. I thought I knew Energy Changes & Electrolysis pretty well, until I got the test paper. Now,a pass is still uncertain, let alone an A. ******************* I saw an invitation card from my sister's school on her study desk. Being inquisitive,I flipped open the card to see why my parents are invited. Good academic results - 1st in class(probably in level too) in 2006. As usual. I feel so...guilty. To be honest, my parents have never stepped in AHS school hall for any kind of prize presentation, not because they don't want to but because there isn't any invitation addressed to them. And it makes me feel like the bad daughter. Alright,I shall aim for next year's Founder's Day --- my parents will be present at prize presentation ceremony. It doesn't matter if it's 8,7 or 6-pointer award. Being up there on the huge stage, receiving the award,is all that matters. ******************* To all muggers out there: "People create their own success by learning what they need to learn and then by practicing it until they become proficient at it." Since I've finish all my homework(including the French worksheet & 作文) for the weekend, I thought, why not blog? Haha. See that Chocopet flash on the right?(>>>) I went to Yishan's blog and saw that she has one. I thought it was really cute so I signed up for an account too. I was trying to figure out how to get points so that I can buy a different habitat(background) for my pet but now I just got everything figured out. See that 'G' icon on the bottom-right-hand corner? Click on it to play a mini-game & earn points for me to buy habitats for my pet. Her name's Kangnie,by the way. Yes,anyone can play the mini-games,even I myself. So if you have some sympathy & time to spare, please play the games so that a poor owner like me can give my pet a better life. Hahahaha. If not,you can just click on the toy ball to play with my pet to make her happy. Click on the arrow in the middle at the top to see her hunger status(apple icon) & happiness status(smiley icon). And oh,every time someone plays the mini-games & earn points for my pet, a piece of food will appear for you or the next visitor to my blog to feed my pet. The Chocopets creators say my pet will grow as long as there are people coming to my blog to play the mini-games or play with my pet. Enough of my pet. Test results for last week was quite up to my expectations. Let me conclude: 84% for Biology, 79% for Higher Chinese & 70% for A Math. I'm really surprised at A Math. But still, this is not the time to be too happy. Mids are coming up soon. I really need to buck up,alot. Labels: Chocopets

School started at 8.50am yesterday. I left house early & thought I was early, until I was just about 10 metres from the school gate and the councillors closed the gate right in the faces' of a handful of students & mine. What the... I'm sure they did adjust the clock in the school because it turned out that 58 students altogether were late today. There were so many latecomers that Mr Chua had to make an announcement "All latecomers today, please report to the General Office at 2.45pm after school" over the PA system. So I served detention with people from my class, there were nearly 10 of us from our class alone. And, I don't think there were 58 students present in front of the General Office. I think most of them just turned a deaf ear to Mr Chua's announcement. Anyway, the number of us present was so huge that the usual detention at the back of the General Office was shifted to the front of the it. I was supposed to do the A Math questions during detention but with KC & Leeyang sitting beside, we were more like crapping away. There was this small plasma TV in front of the General Office, playing a movie(I forgot what it's called, but it has do to with the last few days of Jesus' life before he was crucified) & KC suggested that we move our tables & chairs so that we can make ourselves comfortable, just like at the cinema. Of course, we did not go ahead in the end. Mr Chua would have brought us home with him & detain us till 4am instead. After detention,we took a cab down to Simpang for prata. Talked alot while we ate. From Dr Boon to girls getting fat easily & guys don't have armpit hairs. Really a hilarious meal. “跟 KC 和 Leeyang 讲,Chunyong 要打他们了。”- quoted Junrong. Some deeds of a prankster. Alright, I shall go watch some VCDs now since I have like 7 VCDs waiting for me to watch. Labels: Detention

First of all, I'm a Kpop fan, especially of 2PM, MBLAQ, 2NE1 and FT Island. Actually, I like Kpop, Korean entertainment, Korean dramas, Korean language, Korean culture, Korean food, basically anything Korean. So I guess you can call me a fan of Korea.
Second, eating is one of my favourite pastimes. I think my size says it all. =P I'm not picky about food but there's only one thing that I don't like eating, that is, sweet potato.
Third, I love sports. Been playing table tennis for about 6 years now, and floorball, 2 years. But I would have to say that I like floorball more. I don't know, but putting the ball into the goal, making an accurate pass, chasing after the ball, even sweating like a pig, gives me the sense of satisfaction that nothing else can.
Fourth, I can't live without the Internet. You can take away my phone, TV, mp3, bed, but please don't take away my Internet because...I just can't live without the internet.
Lastly, if there's anything I dislike, it would have to be making decisions. Where to go, what to eat, what to do next, which is nicer/better...I just don't like deciding. I always leave it to others because honestly, it doesn't matter where we're going, what we're eating or what we're doing to do. What matters most is the company and whether we're having a great time together.
